Ok, I resized the image yu wanted for yur background so yu could put it on yur blog, and it would look better:

All yu have to do, is save the image above, then:

• Go On 'Design'
• Click on 'Template Designer' 
• Click on 'Background' And then Click on that box thing that has a pic of yur current background in it
• On the new thing that pops up, just look for the writing on the side that says 'Upload'
• Click on it and then click on 'Browse' 
• Upload the image above and it'll come up as yur background! ^^
